If you want to change the mobile phone number with another phone number with MTB Pay account can't be changed at the moment. If you want to change the use, you can first close the list opened with the phone number you don't want to use and open it again with the phone number you want to change.

If a customer using MTB Pay loses their phone After reporting to the police station, you must notify the MTB Pay Call Center (or MTB Bank) along with the police certificate. If the information from MTB Bank is correct, the MTB Pay account will be temporarily closed.

To make Cash In MPU Card and Bank Account required.

The steps for paying Cash In are:

  1. Enter Cash In on the application.
  2. Choose the Transaction Type you want to do.
  3. The amount to be transferred can be done by entering Select Amount (or manually).
  4. You must press the Confirm Button.
  5. Enter the Card Number, Exp Month and Year and OTP on the e-Commerce page . If the PIN Number is correct, the Cash In Transaction will be successful.

To Cash Out, MTB bank account is required.

  • Enter Cash Out on the application.
  • Choose the Transaction Type you want to do.
  • The amount to be transferred can be done by selecting Select Amount or entering manually.
  • You must press the Confirm Button.
  • Enter the PIN number you have set on the page where you will enter the Customer PIN. If the PIN number is correct, the transfer transaction will be successful.

MTB Pay Wallet for MTB Bank promotions You can access and view the Promotion of the Notification.
