Here are some facts you should be aware while registering MTB Pay account.

  • NRC Card and Passport are required for MTB Pay Account Registration.
  • Take the front and back photos of the NRC Card and Passport.
  • NRC Number must be same with NRC card that is uploaded on application.
  • Name in the NRC card and the name that you register on MTB Pay application must be same.
  • Clear and original NRC Card must be uploaded.
  • Registered NRC Card is not allowed to register again for MTB Pay account.
  • Clear live selfie photo must be uploaded.
  • The live selfie photo wearing Mask (or) Sunglasses is not allowed to upload on MTB Pay application.
  • User cannot upload selfie photo from gallery.
  • After filling up the proper information on application, user can start using MTB Pay Account within 24 hours.
